Roasting a “Dandies” marshmallow can often pose its challenges over a campfire. From burning a potentially gooey marshmallow into a carbon crisp or the whole thing falling off the stick, you no longer have to be mortified of your skills—or lack thereof.

It’s time to introduce ya'll to a s’mores roaster, as shown from YouTube user, Grant Thompson – “The King of Random” in the video above.

Thankfully all you need to do is chug down a 16oz aluminum beverage to make one, and you’ll be well off to making ooey gooey s’mores of chocolately perfection.

It’s a matter of modifying the aluminum can by marking and cutting off a little under a quarter from the top. When you snip off the aluminum with scissors be extra careful, as the jagged edges are sharp. Let’s just say the parents should take over this DIY project and kids can enjoy the aftermath.

Once you smooth out the edges, grab up a large toothpick box, slide it in your can and mold the aluminum into a box shape. You’re almost done. It’s a matter of making some tabs so your roaster won’t tilt forward. Finally, assemble your graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallow, pop it in your roaster, and place it by the campfire.

You can also apply this same principle without the fire. Just pop in a s’mores in your roaster and use a hairdryer on the heat setting to get the job done. You are now the champion of s’mores.
