This Guy Turned His Automatic Icemaker into a Frozen Candy Dispenser

This changes everything. Who needs ice cubes when you can get frozen candy out of your automatic icemaker? Everyone knows frozen candy is just better than the room-temp stuff anyways.

Hello splendid ice cream toppings. Hello new life.

Yes, the temperature of candy and the convenience of it automatically dispensing in your cup is just that plain awesome. Practicality took over, and the idea is so simple, it’s one of those things you wonder, why didn’t I think of that?

The person behind it all? Deric Peace—he posted the photo below on Reddit a couple days ago. He then of course captured his ingenious concoction in a YouTube video. Frozen, sugary goodness at the press of a button.

Oh yeah, remember to turn off the icemaker. Those frozen mini Reese’s peanut butter cups just look divine. This is better than Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory.

Frozen Skittles, M&Ms, Starbursts, and more—using small candy is key, but it does make one wonder what else you could get away with.

In another YouTube video, Peace dispenses his candy through the crushed setting. He removes the wrapped candies, and dispenses away. The candy is not as crushed as you’d think it would get, but still, I’m not complaining. Whether this is your new lifestyle or some sweet trick you’ll pull on a friend, life just got a whole lot better.

Ps. If you try this out for yourself, we're not responsible--especially for sugar comas.
