Hello, I have a dryer that when you start it it just hums until you give it a little push. all of the wheels are free and the pulley is free .

Hi. As long as there is nothing causing the drum to not spin freely then you have a weak motor. This is common and I have seen it many times before. You will need to replace the motor to fix this issue.
