I checked to see if the compressor is running-yes. I checked the evaporator and condenser fan motors are running-yes.
I’m not sure where to look next?

Hi. I have attached the service manual on a similar unit for you. I do not see that error code listed. Please check the error code and compare to the ones listed in the tech sheet. The 1 could be an “I” and the 5 could be an “s”. IF the fans are running and the compressor you may have a sealed system issue. Either a leak in the system or a faulty compressor. You will need to check your frost pattern on the evaporator.
