The door is locked and can’t be open, how could I find the model Number and what would cause this is.
Model# is incorrect, the customer issued the wrong model number

Hello
Based on your model it cold be a number of possibilities 1) Door lock assembly 2) Main control board 3) Push to start switch. If you can get me the model number that is correct , I can help you with a better diagnostic. See washer door lock video link below. Matt Ace technician
