You can select a cycle the machine wil take all camandes but when you push the start button all it does is beep 3 times and does noting. I put it into the diagnostic check and it will go throu it ok and all things work. As soon as you select a wash cycle it just beeps 3 times and just sets there. No fault codes come up on display I checked old codes on machine the only one was a long drain so I cleaned out filter. Stil just 3 beeps no wash. Any help would be appreciated .

Right front burner switch stopped rotating. Got a new switch. Installed it per your Feb 2015 Utube video. The new switch did not turn either. So, here is where it gets odd. I removed the switch, stuck the knob on it and it turned just fine while in my hand. Did the same test with the original “defective” switch and it turned just fine as well. Re-installed each one and neither turns when installed. Help please

cust states the light on the right side is not working

so the unit gives me an error of F5E2 i changed the door lock and i am still getting the error,
i hear it making noise when its trying lock as if the part that locks is rubbing against something. please advise

I’ve changed the MCU in CCU and I am still getting the f11 error I do not see or hear the motor or the tub turning

The dishwasher overfills and goes into the drain pan causing the E15 error. I cannot find a float switch that regulates how much water fills the dishwasher. What do I change to cause it to fill normally?

I do get water through the door however ice or crushed ice will not dispense through the door I do not hear the flap opening either I try to turn the auger motor by hand and it does turn.
And the Machine is making ice

Continental refrigerator: This is my first time with a unit like this and there is no wiring diagrams , the refrigerator thermostat is open (satisfied), the evaporator is frozen with build up.(defrost failure) not sure, how timer work or wiring path. I have a strong feeling the timer has issues. I would appreciate any advice unit, as well as defrost system and wiring diagrams, you may come up with. Also, light in top half stays on, (refrigerator compartment) Thank you

Customer said no matter what size load the washer goes out of balance. She stops washer redistributes the load and after a little it is out of balance. I am not that familiar with Samsung washers. I did check the suspension rods and balance ring both are o.k.. Has there been a recall on this. The washer is about 18months old. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble repairing this stackable.

The issue is due to the washer cycle not going through all the way. Initially the error code said a lid switch fault a couple months ago. We replaced the lid switch a few months ago and worked fine, then the issue popped up again which the control board was replaced. Now the washer will go into the cycle not draining and the lid is still locked and not opening. We replaced the actuator, both the control panel board and the washer main board and lid lock. I am unsure on what else the issue could be as no error codes pop up and this will only happen intermittently.

We are having an issue with this wall oven showing an F6E0 error code when going into the diagnostic mode. After researching, we found it is an issue with the boards or control panel. Is there any way to test which is the faulty part causing this issue?

Three days ago, I heard a noise after the washer completed its cycle. Upon inspection, I’ve discovered, the square-shaped motor on the bottom of the machine is running non-stop. It will only stop when the machine is unplugged. All other operation seems fine: e.g., dishes are getting cleaned, water is draining and there are no funny noises while the machine operates. Further, there are no blinking lights.

I cannot find anything online, including your videos, which describe the symptoms I’m observing. My only guess is whatever controls the motor is causing the problem – a stuck relay, or a bad board… I’m stuck and need help.

The water dispenser inside the refrigerator cabinet broke and when the cup is placed on it doesn’t make contact to dispense water. How can this be fixed if it’s inside the cabinet? Remember I’m talking about the dispenser that’s inside the fridge

Customer gave no details of when the dishwasher gives the code, only that it reads the code: nE.

The washer will try to shift to agitate but seems to get stuck.
It will not let me enter diagnostics so I can check the error code. What is the trick?
Is this the actuator or the motor?
Does this motor have a built in clutch or can it be charged? This is a Frigidaire

A while back the dishwasher would not start. The START button would flash and the indicator light flashes amber. It also beeps three times waits for a while and beeps three more times. This repeats over and over.

THE UNIT COOLS FINE, HOWEVER, THE “DOOR AJAR” ALARM LED IS LIT AND BEEPS. I HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS UNIT AND COULDN’T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE INTERIOR LIGHT CIRCUIT, WHICH IS CONTROLLED BY THE DOOR SWITCH. THIS LED ME TO BELIEVE THE FAULT WAS IN THE BOARD. I HAVE A NEW BOARD INSTALLED AND HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. ANY IDEAS? THANKS

A customer calls me up and tells me that her fridge does not work. The temperature is dropping in both the freezer and fridge, but the light is on… nothing else is working

have checked 240 coming into the dryer, have power to the main control board. is there anything else I should check. could a door switch cause it to not power up at all. the drum light does not light all displays are dead

I have replace door lock and door switch the washer door still buzzes when I close it doesn’t lock and start what could be the next problem these parts are brand-new do you think I could have a defective part or is there something else I need to check.
