Appliance Type: Microwave

It is a combination wall oven /Microwave not heating.
Also if you can provide service manual.

Already checked and tested power, fuses, magnetron, capacitor and wiring harness for damage.

The display will change almost by the minute.
It can be programmed and used but after several hours it will lock up and has to be unplugged and rebooted then repeat the process.
One time the microwave came on on its own
Sometimes it will go into the service mode by itself. But the in a few minutes will go away.

At times it will go completely blank.
Can this be the harness in the door.

I need a tech sheet and service manual and service bulletins.
I see this is an issue with this model.

It makes a really loud noise when I turn it on I already
Tested the magnetron and transformer and they’re ok so what else do you guys think could be causing the noise ?

I am getting an E24 error code.

I need any info on this microwave you can give me. The customer states you hit the button, it beeps once and shuts down.

There is no power to the display at all microwave not working no sign of electric damage. Really lost need help quickly.

This is a Kenmore made by samsung.
Part number is DE94-01471B.
I would like to know how to replace this part. Example, if microwave needs to be uninstalled. and how door comes off
