this is Kenmore/lg microwave oven. my question is can a magnetron test good and still be bad?

We have gone four times to repair this microwave. The customer complains that the microwave does not heat. Initially we replaced the magnetron and it was working. On the second visit we replaced the thermal fuse. On the third visit it was heating but a reset was done aswell as reconected wires to thermal fuse and unit was heating. On the fourth visit the unit was heating but a reset was done again. Now the customer calls is complaing that it is not defrosting and heating, any suggestions?

Something in my microwave is making a grinding noise. I think theres is an issue with the fan.

One of the shelf supports on my Amanda microwave partially melted. I found and purchased a replacement. How do I remove the old support. Can I pry it off with a screw driver? Will this damage the interior. The shelf support part number is 2080030.

We have a Jenn-air oven/mw combo. Microwave starts counting down and then stops running and heating after 5 seconds. It starts counting for example 60-59-58-57-56-55-55-55-55-55-55-55-55. Never come across this before but assume it could be sensing an overheat and shutting off?

My Kitchen Aid wall oven microwave combo, that the halogen bulb in the microwave keeps failing every six months. Has anyone seen this situation before?

My microwave stops running after about 10 minutes of use.

I found the primary interlock switch faulty on arrival, replaced and still had the same issue. The fan that comes on when the magnetron is active is only turning on when you open the door. I confirmed all the micro switches were functional at this point. My experience in the past is that one of the switches would cause this. I am suspectin that I am missing something here.

Will not start up or respond to any touch. Completely unresponsive.

My GE microwave will not start or do anything.

I cannot get my GE microwave level.

GE microwave oven is malfunctioning. With door closed and nothing set, it hums and the magnetron is definitely putting out. Turntable doesn’t turn and interior light doesn’t come on unless I set the timer, in which case the light comes on and the turntable turns. But, when time to stop, it beeps as normal at the end of the cycle and the turntable stops and the interior light goes out but the magnetron is still on and it is still humming.

Nothing will stop it except leaving the door ajar (and the light come on with the door open) or unplugging the unit. The clock works and I can (supposedly) set the power level and the timer for timed cooking, but as I said, when time to stop, the magnetron keeps running. I tried leaving it unplugged for a half hour hoping that would reset it, but it did not.

Edited to add: Everything on the touchpad seems to work correctly, but the magnetron will not turn off unless we leave the door open or unplug the unit.

GE Over the Range Microwave oven, model DVM1850DMBB

I inadvertently put the microwave on for an hour thinking it was on the timer. It is dead now. Any ideas?

When opening the door on the microwave when it is still running it flips the breaker. A friend told us last night that should not be happening. Solutions?

My Samsung microwave is not heating properly.

Microwave turns on for 2 seconds and then turns off. History: I changed out a blown fuse about six months ago but did not know at the time I should have changed the monitor switch. Last time it was dead and now it just turns on for 2 seconds. Any ideas what I should be looking for? Model #HMB5050/01 FD 9007100017 FCC ID ACLAP7A01
