I washer a large load today and now my washer will not spin. I seems to drain and fill ok and I can hear the motor when I put it on drain only setting. Can you please tell me ways to diagnos and fix the potential issues.

Thanks

Last night, out dryer got extremely hot but wasn’t spinning. It literally took about 2 hours for the dryer to cool off, and by that I mean the door and everything. When I plug it in, you can hear the heating element(maybe?) making a soft buzz and it heats up bu the motor isn’t working.

This washer has a squealing & squeaking type noise in the final spin. A few weeks ago I was here for the same symptoms and out of balance spinning but I could not reproduce the noise. The snubber was worn out and I replaced the thrust bearing as well. The noise at this point is apparently intermitent. I solved the out of balance issue with the new snubber but the noise is still the complaint. I have run a full load of clothes in the washer and no noise was reproduced. Turning the motor and drain pump by hand are both smooth. I have advised the customer that we may have to wait until the noise becomes more consistent. Please advise if any suggestions. Thanks

The machine fills to desired level and light indicator switches to wash the machine makes an engaging sound and nothing happens. The light indicate stage by stage as if it’s going through the whole cycle but when its complete the clothes are still wet but not washed. Would appreciate any suggestions on where to start, Tank you.

Washer is leaking water on the floor. There is carpet under the washer and it is wet. I find no leaks when I am testing. I suspect over flow of the drain but I could not reproduce this suspicion. I had also thought inlet valve or water level switch but it is not over filling for me. Any chance that these parts would have an intermittent failure? The washer spins and agitates fine. No water leaking from the tub seal. Water pump looks good too. Hoses check out good. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I have an older washer that has stopped in the middle of a cycle. I’ve checked power from the outlet, but the problem is continuing.

My freezer is very cold, but the fridge section is too warm. What’s causing that?

Upon start up, water begins to enter washer. Blinking lid lock light, stops machine from running. I replaced the switch and have the same problem.
