hello, Have a side by side refrigerator and the fresh food section is getting too cold. Freezer seems ok.

Gentlemen, could you provide me with a tech sheet or service manual for this g, e. Refrigerator.
Evaporator is frozen up unit does not defrost. I suspect defrost control issue. Defrost heaters check good with the ohm meter, defrost thermostat checks good. I noticed the thermistor has been replaced. If you could pass any service information to me it would be a great help and greatly appreciated.thank you very much.

freezer staying at 26 deg. fresh food at 34 deg. replaced main control board after finding only 3 volts d.c. on the inverter input from main control board.

I replaced the whole timer because the thermostat was damaged but now even with new timer including mother board and thermostat lights are flickering and timer is making a ticking sound and it doesn’t start

Machine fills but won’t agitate or spin. Digital display seems to be working o.k. It’s displaying times for cycles and no dimming of segments. Seems to be responding.

i hope I’m not going to be charged twice for the same question. The control board, defrost themostat and heater have been replaced. That leaves the thermistor not thermostat!
how do you check the thermistor (located left bottom of the evaporator cover) and is there an easy way to replace it.
the tech sheet does not go into this….in fact i found the color wiring different on the model I’m working on from the tech sheet (you gave me).

A while back the dishwasher would not start. The START button would flash and the indicator light flashes amber. It also beeps three times waits for a while and beeps three more times. This repeats over and over.

I have not checked this unit yet, however, I know it is not cooling and everything in the freezer is frozen up. customer said evaporator fan is not running, water is dripping from top of the freezer. he said three months ago he had the defrost heater and defrost thermostat changed. do you have a service manual on this model.

The high limit right thermostat on this unit which would cut power to the motor located on the right side of the heating element , when this goes out what usually is suspected or root cause of that?

Hello, I am working on a french door GE refrigerator that cannot hold consistent temps in the freezer. The proof of this is in the ice tray. My customer’s ice seems to melt together into one big ice block and then re-freeze its self. There is also a large amount of frost on the food inside of the freezer.

(Also GE will not appear in the brand section of the question format page so I selected Norge since it was the 1st thing to pop up)

The clothes are coming out wet. At times it is not spinning at all.
