have checked 240 coming into the dryer, have power to the main control board. is there anything else I should check. could a door switch cause it to not power up at all. the drum light does not light all displays are dead

I need to replace the door lock. I need to open console , how do open? do you have a video on the complete job? a Kenmore top load.

I’ve changed the MCU in CCU and I am still getting the f11 error I do not see or hear the motor or the tub turning

got a combo Kenmore washer/dryer, there is a11/2inch gap between the washing basket and the body at the top causing articles to full into the washer and mess up the drive belt and speed sensor, the real question is where does the speed sensor and bracket attach and secondly if there should be a gap at the top.

This is a top load Kenmore washer, the suspension rods look good, everything looks good when I open it up. I cannot see anything wrong. When it goes into spin cycle the tub goes side to side like it is off balance. Any help would be appreciated.

The above happens every time causing tub to be out of balance and spills some water when water level switch is on “high” setting.
The out of balance only occurs for approx 10 seconds before enough water is pumped out and then operates normally.

I have a coustmer that has a ice maker that keeps frezzing sears came to her house when it was still under warranty and told her to defrost ref and it would fix itself so she took all her food to next door nabors and defrostrd it it lasted 6 months and did it again so she went to nabors and asked if she could leave food and defrosted it again but this time it only lasted about 3 weeks she is very upset with sears and hopes that they go out of business soon

This icemaker won’t make ice. It fills but doesn’t harvest cubes.

i need to change the condenser and dryer on this unit. any links i can look up for info?

I checked to see if the compressor is running-yes. I checked the evaporator and condenser fan motors are running-yes.
I’m not sure where to look next?

I replaced the main control board on this Kenmore dryer have 120 Going to the main control board no lights will not respond. I am considering that I might have a bad replacement main control board. do you have a schematic of a Kenmore or a whirlpool that you could tell me what voltages I should have going to the touch control display board. I have considered ordering the display touch pad board but would like to be sure before I order another board. Thank you for your help.

This dishwasher has a new sump so it came with a new grommet. The diverter motor is leaking when the pump starts spraying. Any way of sealing this up? Or would it need a new diverter motor?

When washer spin cycle ends it makes a loud bang. I am not sure if it is the brake. I am not familiar with this. Any advice would be helpful. Thank You in advance

Have already taken the basket, but hearing some cracking noise, when its in the agitation stage.

When in the spin cycle you hear it try go spin like a car racing it’s engine then after three sports it just stops and the basket just glkeds to a stop she the drain is still running (I did here some clicking from the control board at the same time)
Which part needs to be fixed

I do get water through the door however ice or crushed ice will not dispense through the door I do not hear the flap opening either I try to turn the auger motor by hand and it does turn.
And the Machine is making ice

the machine will not agitate and won’t spin.

How to test the ice maker voltages output?

The unit has a linear compressor. I have no experience with a linear. Does it have a separate controller? or does the main control broad operate it. The compressor was receiving voltage and it was drawing current. The unit is 2 years old. Or do I need to evacuate the Freon and recharge, and look for a leak? Thanks for any help.

This dryer is not coming on . I have test power and it is 240 on L1 and L2 but when i test on L1 to neutral i get 120 with is good but when i test L2 to N i am get 240 but only when dryer is plug up to wall plug . Test at wall plug is fine 240 L1 to L2 and 110 for L1 to N and L2 to N 110
This is crazy it has a new main board installed .

What do you thank mite be the cause that is keeping the dryer for working

Main computer board has a button on it, what is it used for?

THIS A DUAL EVAP COIL UNIT. I UNPLUGGED THE UNIT AFTER 8 SECONDS TO PUT REVERSING VALVE IN THE “HOME” POSITION. I WEIGHED IN THE REFRIGERANT. PRESSURES ARE 20 LBS SUCTION AND 125 ON THE HIGH SIDE, WITH NO COOLING.
I DON’T HAVE ANY PAPEWORK ON THIS UNIT, SO I’M NOT SURE THAT THIS WAS THE CORRECT PROCEDURE RE; THE REVERSING VALVE.

 I need to put this dryer into diagnosis mode, but the tech before me took it for his collection. Any help would appreciated. Thanks Ricky

I recently removed the pump and motor assembly from this dishwasher. Anyways the pump assembly that we got was the wrong one. Now I have the correct one but I don’t remember how to put the wires back properly. They all seem to have I think either two or three pin connections.
Can you provide me with a wire diagram, or something to help me put this pump assembly back without screwing it up. Thank you very much appreciate it

The fridge temp is to high. I found on the lower left side of the fridge a small block of ice, where the vent should be. I thawed out the ice turned the fridge back on, and felt no air flow ( either wat ).
The top left side vent was blowing cool air. Not a lot of air flow, but I could feel air moving.

How do you remove the freezer tracks? I looked but can’t figure it out.

this is a 2-4yr old top load belt driven washer. Seems to agitate ok. Drains ok. When entering spin cycle the wash plate spins very fast. Then the tub starts to spin faster & faster. So fast that it starts banging against the sides. This is with no clothes in the tub. I think it would take off if I didn’t pull the plug. This is the 3rd machine similar to this one that I have run across doing this same thing. The other machine made the same way was a Maytag model # MVWX655DWO. They all have a black actuator, not the common brown one. This also happens when you try to recalibrate the main control. Cant let it finish the recalibration mode, its starts spinning so fast out of control. This is not an off balance problem. This is a case of wash plate can run very fast & tub can spin way too fast.

The washer won’t spin at all when ran through the cycle. Only if some water is allowed to drain and then the washer is stopped and started again, it will spin. Or if the washer is pumping but not spinning and the agitate/spin speed knob is turned from fast/fast to slow/slow the basket will start to spin. We have changed the transmission, clutch , and coupling and still no luck. I can look under and see that the clutch is not spinning at all except for when the water is drained first, so the clutch is not slipping. Would this be the motor or the spin speed selector, or timer?

I have a friend that is farther than I want to travel. His washer is making noises and sometimes stops mid cycle. I’d like to talk our way on the phone to find the problem.
Will you send me (us) the diagnostic code ? Or better yet, direct me on how to get this very important tool or where to look for it WHEN I need it when trying to troubleshoot ANY appliance that I’m working on?
