What are some of the things I should be looking that could cause a 7e error code

Hello
The 7E error code is a Silver Care Kit (Silver Care PCB) Failure. Check Silver Care PCB ,Main PCB & Wire harness. For more details go to page 4-1 in the technician service guide link below. Matt Ace technician

Hello Tom there are two different possibilities it could be. 1) The wiring harness. 2) The Main PCB . You are going to need to go there and check the wiring harness to make sure there are good connections and run the unit through diagnostics. Use the fast track troubleshooting guide that I gave you to verify the main PCB is bad if the wiring harness is okay. Wish I could give you a more definitive answer but I can’t. Would hate to see you take the wrong part.
