The customer was selfcleaning the oven and it went blank. I replaced the fuse PN 4451042 at the EOC. and then get the e1f2 code. I need the tech sheet. Does this code indicate a problem with the ribbon from the touch pad to the eoc? Any help appreciated.

Hello
E1 F2 error code is a keypad error. See technician sheet link below along with Job Aid. Matt Ace technician
1. Check keypad connector for firm connection.
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 sec., replace keypad.
3. Replace ERC control.
