The felt or fabric that is found on all both ends of the dryer drums came off. Never seen this before. is there a replacement kit for it? do you have to replace the whole drum?

Hello
We have not seen this issue before. I would call you local parts distributor to see if the felt seal has A part number. If they do not have one the only other option is the drum. See links below. Matt Ace technician
