Lihgts are constantly in pause , I tested the lid switch and it’s ok , I need to enter the diagnostic mode .

Hi. Try and cancel the cycle. It will not let you enter diagnostic mode unless the unit is in standby. Try to press and hold the start button until the green light stops flashing. about 7 seconds. If this does not work. unplug the unit for at least 5 mins and plug back in. Is the unit doing anything? what lights are flashing?

All the lights are flashing, and I already unplugged it but keeps doing the same

Does pressing the button or rotating the knob do anything? Did you leave it unplugged for at least 10 mins? Is anything running? When you enter into the diagnostic mode all the green lights will blink .

Thank you Brian it’s running back on when I unplugged it again, now is ok thanks a lot . Do you have videos from this whirlpool I would appreciate it for future troubleshooting as it is the brand we got in the property.
