When put on normal wash the interface push buttons the lights go on. If you it cancel pump runs to drain the unit. Then put normal wash and it start the lights are lit up for right cycle 5 seconds later they will all go out. Like there is no power on the unit? My question is it the interface board or the control unit?
All main power is ok to the unit up into the controller. Also check door lock all ok. Is it the controller or the interface board that is the question?

Hello, It sounds to me like the start button is not working. In most cases you will find it is the control panel not the control board but…. it can be the control it is just rare that it is. I provided a tech sheet for this model but it does not cover how to test the buttons 🙁
