When washer spin cycle ends it makes a loud bang. I am not sure if it is the brake. I am not familiar with this. Any advice would be helpful. Thank You in advance

Hi. Yes, this does sound like the brake is bad. I have ran into this issue before. You can lubricate the brake and it will fix the problem for a period of time, or replace the brake assembly. I have attached a video for this repair.
