Create Fillable Cookie Bowls with a Flipped Over Muffin Tin

There’s just something oddly amazing about making your own fillable and edible bowls. We’ve discussed making taco bowls, and now? Why not make cookie bowls for delicious dessert? This savvy DIY food hack comes from Jenae, blogger of I Can Teach My Child; though, instead of cookie bowls, she refers to them as fruit pizza cupcakes! This trick is super easy. Now, Jenae uses pre-made sugar cookie dough, but you could easily make cookie bowls with made-from-scratch dough adapted to your dairy-free or gluten-free lifestyle. Go ahead and turn over your muffin tin, and grease it thoroughly. Instead of placing a 1/2-inch slab of cookie dough on the flipped over muffin tin, better results were found by placing round balls on the individual cups for the best-formed cookie bowl walls. Make sure to bake your cookie bowls in the oven a bit longer than usual until they are a nice golden brown so they’ll hold their shape. Once they’re done baking in your oven, you have yourself cookie bowls ready to be filled with anything you want. Yumminess couldn’t get any easier. No cleaning dessert bowls allowed.
