You’ve seen how to use a muffin tin to make cookie dessert shells, jumbo ice cubes, and even taco bowls, but did you know you could use one to make lasagna cups? They’re easier and quicker than making a big slab of lasagna. Plus, the lasagna cupcakes are perfect to snack on and to take for lunch.

In the video above, Courtney from Table Spoon Recipes shows you how it’s done. You simply spray your tin with cooking spray, and line the tin with wonton wrappers. Then the layering begins. Begin with your choice of cheese (dairy-free options like Daiya make a great alternative), add pre-cooked protein and/or veggies, and then top it off with pasta sauce and more cheese. Pop the tin in a preheated oven of 375°F for about 18 - 20 minutes.

Before you know it, you’ll have lasagna cups to munch on. It’s just a little way to make your day deliciously brighter.
