I was advised to switch the button control units as the top drawer selector will not move from rinse.
How do I access those controls? Is there a walk through? Diagram?
Do I need a serviceman yet??

I’ve noticed that the top drawer fills with water slowly after a wash cycle. The bottom drawer is fine. If I don’t run it for a while, the water continues to fill. I’ve read that it could either be the water inlet valve or the drainage hose. I believe that the drainage hose is positioned high enough with a loop such that water can’t come back in.
In my debug mode, I’ve since shut off the water source into the dishwasher and I’m hoping to wait a few days to see if the top drawer continues to fill up.
Are there any other tips that might be useful? (I’ve watched the YouTube video for repair of the inlet valve).
Are there other troubleshooting things that I can do to narrow in on the problem?

Thanks,
Jon

My dryer needs some help! Has power, seems like it should start, but the drum doesn’t turn at all. Need this working and would be willing to take it apart if it’s something I can fix. If not, is it worth calling someone to come look?

My research leads me to believe that it is the actuator. agree? and if so, I’m not finding a video.

dryer is drying But it seem like the heating Element stays on. I have taken it apart and seen the one of the elements is burned out. So now that i am waiting for the part is there anything else that would cause that element to stay on..

Hello,
Our Fisher & Paykel DEGX2US dryer takes forever and does not generate much heat.
After cleaning the dryer inside and out and removing a lot of lint, I followed your fantastic video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpZXoD16uvs. I was hoping that the resettable switch had tripped, but it appears that the rear element is the cause as it failed the simple continuity test. Is there a way to fix it (fuse? detached wire?) or should I order a new element from you guys?

Thank you for the great site, videos, and service!

Hi, I have a Fisher & Paykel DD605. The Control Module cover has 2 IR lenses on the right hand side. One of the lenses has a strange build up in the lense causing the IR to not pass through. Basically I’m looking for a Control Module cover plate only. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ed
