Samsung electric dryer runs but does not heat

Got this figured out and diagnosed as needing a heater, defrost bi metal, and sensor – but am having a hard time with the parts look up. Think you could help me out? Thanks.

Have a gas dryer not starting, think I’ve narrowed it down to a thermistor and thermal fuse, but am having a hard time on the lookup, do you have that information handy?

I got it apart and found a level sensor that I think is bad, but doing the lookup I am having a hard time finding the correct part number. It’s the water sensor if that helps. Not with the unit to give you the model #.

Dishwasher was flashing on smart auto normal. I tried to clear by turning power off for approximately 5 minutes still had same problem. I replaced main control board unit ran Ok while I was there testing it . Customer called back and said unit is doing the same thing.

This unit isn’t starting, I think I’ve narrowed it down to the idler pulley but can’t find a schematic for the lookup and part information. Any help?

Also looking at this dryer and need the duct heater if you have a minute to get the information for me?

What causes this? I’m a new tech here and there is no spec or information sheet. Thanks.

I had an element replacement come up as a whirlpool 35001247. Is that right? I was thinking it’d be a DC number or a different prefix. Wanted to make sure this wasn’t an error before ordering. Thanks.

This unit just runs non-stop, does not shut off. Ohm’d everything out and looks like the pcb board is bad. In need of a part number and cost if you have it.

Had the customer defrost the unit to get the cover off, looks like a conductor in the drain might solve my problem. Do you guys do this often? Is there a part replacement I’m missing? Hoping I didn’t overlook anything, but seems like the backed up and frozen drain was the main issue.

I think I’ve narrowed it down to the sump but now can’t find the part information.

Initially thought it was the bearing, but there’s no squealing. Looked at all the moving parts, they check out. Can freely spin the tub and hear it but it’s much worse when running.

Keep getting a low water light, and I just cleared a lot of debris from the pump/sump and drain. What would be causing this?

The ice maker isn’t making cubes, or much of anything except a huge block of ice in the bin. I need to replace the ice maker itself but haven’t done one of these before. I’ll also need the part information if possible.

I reset the board and it seems to be working fine now. Should I have replaced it completely or does resetting sometimes do the trick? Would hate to have to keep going back if it happens again. Appreciate you guys always being willing to help me out on here.

Checked all the usual suspects, found nothing, moving parts are good, supports, belts, idler, etc. I’m sure you’ll know right away but I’m at a loss.

The inside seal is getting hot to touch, there’s a rattling noise that seems to be fairly loud, and the icemaker is not making ice. I think it’s all linked to a bad condenser fan motor but was hoping somebody could help me confirm whether that is a good possibility? I advised customer to avoid compressor damage and possible heat hazard unit should be unplugged until repair is completed.

Thought I had this narrowed down to needing a fill sensor, but when I returned to replace it, the unit was still getting errors. Now I’m thinking flow meter but can’t find the part information. Does somebody there have it?
