The temperature seems to have no control, is consistently off and moving instead of maintaining what’s set. Replaced ignitor and still having some intermittent issues.

Hi,

I check out the thermistor and it’s ohms out okay. Thinking about the control (diffuser) but I didn’t want to go any further due to the cost of these parts. What do you guys think?

Thank you,

Moisture is building below the fridge I have seen this on several of the side-by-side Vikings the drain pan would be on the right side and there is a gutter that runs from the left side which is the freezer drain hole to the right side and it’s always really wet around the beginning of the gutter which is the bottom of the freezer side, it would be covered In really big droplets hanging down. The little axle fan located in the front right came on after resetting the fridge which I am assuming is to dry out the bottom of the unit. Do you guys have any ideas what could be causing this or what I can do? I put a cookie sheet there temporarily. Diagnostic mode didn’t tell me jack.
This unit does not have a drain pan heater but the drain pan is wet inside so I know water is getting in there and there is no water damage below the drain pan only wear those droplets are hanging from

I’m following your video for replacing an axial fan motor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-67goBr-cFw However my fan motor is connected to the bracket not by metal screws as shown in the video, but by four silicone connectors. I don’t know how to disassemble these silicone connectors and then reattach them once the new fan motor is on the bracket. Please email me or call/text 8326462529. Freezer is powered down so immediate response requested. Thanks

I watched this video on your site: https://www.appliancevideo.com/premiumotr/viking-stove-bake-element-oven-not-heating/

When i pulled the white wire and red wire spade connectors off i put a test to them and had 125 volts;
I hooked them back up to Bake element it was hard to get accurate reading on volt meter. It was kind of reading 20 volts? Would this mean my Bake element is bad ?

Hi there,
My customer complains that the broil makes an explosion sound and she smells gas when she uses the broil, it does not happen all the time it just intermediate, when I tested it it was working fine. This model does not have ignitors just spark electrode on both bake and broil. Do guys experience any similar issue with this model?

She also mentioned that when it happens the spark electrode sparks once and then she doesn’t hear it anymore. When I was there it sparked 2-3 times and then lit up with no issues, I was there for 30 min and when the temp when down the broil lit up again with no issues

Thanks,
Don

I have had several of these Viking ranges where they have a gas Leak on the tube that leads from the safety valve on the gas manifold to the gas valve for the bake section of the range. I called biking and they gave me the wrong part number when I looked at the photo and I was wondering if somebody can provide me with the proper parts blow up so I can actually look at it myself. It’s a tube about 4 feet long.
IT IS NOT PART #PB002043

This unit was failing to go through it’s defrost cycle in the freezer, and the fresh food side wasn’t cooling. Narrowed it down to the evaporator fan motor assembly failing and the fresh food fan was bad as well. Having a heck of time finding part information on these two and was hoping for some help. Really appreciate what you have going here and have been telling all my guys to hop and and use this when necessary.

Verona range basically identical to a Bartezzoni. Oven itself is electric and has a thermostat and a large mechanical selector switch. After tampering with it the oven selector it started to work couple days later costumer said it failed to start. Any ideas on how these units operate? Seemed like a basic system and nothing burned or broken but seems to be failing.. thermostat? The large oven started to work after securing the leads on the selector switch.
