Appliance Type: Microwave

the code is flashing Door and I can’t figure out how to get the Microwave out It’s a built in with range. I have the over pulled out and I think it’s a door switch. But the microwave should pull out. So I can get the sides off for the switches. I have owned the company for over 44 years and never seen one like this

The dropped a skewer (long toothpick) in the screw hole of the microwave. This is the screw hole that attaches the microwave to the cabinet. I am afraid to use it now.
I called LG and was told to call the place I purchased it because if I do anything it will void the warranty. When I told them that it was Brandsmart which is a store they told me that Brandsmart would tell me who I could call or make good on the warranty. Brandsmart said that they didn’t install it, so it is not their problem.
I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get this toothpick out?
