Bosch DW leaking at bottom corners of door. Checked for lower door seal but see nothing listed. Does anyone know if there is a replacement part for the seal at the bottom of the door?
Maybe there is a different fix for this? Any information is appreciated.

This unit flags the clogged drain error and the washer still has soap in it when there error is displayed. I thought it might be a faulty pump so I replaced it but the error still shows up. When the dial is set to drain it flushes the water in a hurry every time.
Thanks for anyones input,

This unit overfilled due to no loop in drain line and started the drain fault cycle.
Now unit is completely dry and can’t get unit out of drain fault cycle. Have tried putting unit into diagnostics mode but will not go into diagnostics. Not familiar with Bosch DW. Any advise on what to do next. Can lift up float in bottom and hear the switch clicking closed and open. Thanks,

My customer called about her kitchen sink being clogged. And when the dishwasher drained it just added to the drainage problem.

Problems seem to come in pairs. I have a Bosch Dishwasher. The circulation pump lost the propeller so I was almost finished putting a new one in and the part that it subs to has a missing tab where the old one had one. They are numbered 1-4 and the #4 pin is missing and now I have no idea where to put the pink wire. Of coarse the customer was monkeying around, took the front off and the kick plate off and the wiring diagram is missing.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a customer with a washer that will not stop beeping. The first time out I found a restricted fill line that would not let the unit fill and wash. Corrected that issue and units runs. Bosch will not talk to me as I am no longer an authorized anything. The customer and I have both determined that the controls work to the point you can raise the tone level and lower it to off. I did change the main brain, on advise from another servicer that said they solved a similar issue by changing the brain. Unit seemed to work okay, left the house and came home. As I walked in the door the customer called and advised the unit ran part of the way thru and started beeping. At last count she had it at 137. Has anyone any suggestions that will help me help her. Thanks.

Just installed a brand new tankless hot water heater, the pilot light will turn on for one second make a clicking sound and turn off again. The main burners will not light. What would cause a new hot water tank to not light?

Can when you install the boot anything interfere with the door lock? I did have to take the door lock off the front door. It only has three screws and when back on the same way.

Door lock won’t unlock? It makes a clicking noise like is trying to unlock but can’t. Does this mean the locks bad? In diagnostic mode can you test the lock?

Looked at above Bosch dishwashers, did not find wire diagram in either one. I thought they were stuck in a pocket in the base behind the toe plate. Not behind outer door panel, so anyplace else I should look?
Customer says it doesn’t clean and dishes are not hot like before. I did the following checks while it was washing. Heater circuit (R – W/R wires) had 120vac and 9 amps. NTC (O-O wires) was at 25.56k ohms and water was 95 degrees. Wash motor was pulsing, I am thinking the washer is trying to heat the water. Does anyone have a wire diagram / tech sheet for this model? Any suggestions on what to look for?
This unit has a timer, so I checked all wires on the timer. To ground, B, W/R, PU, GY, AND GY/B all had 120vac. GY/B had 8.86 amps at one point. I am guessing this is the heater circuit? A thermostat on top of the door inner panel (W – Y wires) was open.
Anyone with a wire diagram / tech sheet for this model? Any suggestions on what to look for?

Customer says it spins ok cycle finishes ok, the vent sends cold air out and clothes are not dry.
My first thought was to check the heat element and thermal cutoff. Unfortunately, when I spoke with Bosch, they said they dont make the heating element for this anymore and there is no replacement part number. Would you test both first ? what would test second ?

Need a tech sheet for above model of Bosch fridge. Freezer is cooling fine but fridge is not cooling at all. Want too check readings at main board for different parts instead of just putting in a bunch of new parts. Steve

NEITHER EVAP FANS ARE COMING ON. I’D RATHER BE ABLE TO T/S IT FROM THE BOARDS BEFORE I HAVE TO DISASSEMBLE BOTH SIDES TO GET TO FANS. MY THINKING IS THERE IS AN ISSUE THERE AS IT SEEMS UNLIKELY BOTH FANS WOULD GO AT THE SAME TIME. ALSO THE UNIT DOESN’T HAVE A DATA PLATE AND I NEED TO FIND OUT THE PROPER CHARGE. SO ANY TECH SHEETS WOULD BE HELPFUL.

ALSO IF YOU CAN LOOK AT MY LAST INQUIRY, I ASKED A SECOND QUESTION AFTER THE INITIAL ANSWER. I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ANSWER ON THAT IF COULD LOOK INTO THAT FOR ME ALSO. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

THE UNIT RAN OVERNIGHT AND IS COLD ON BOTH SIDES. I WENT THROUGH DIAGNOSTICS AND ALL THREE FANS CAME ON. THE TEMP SENSORS ALSO WERE WORKING CORRECTLY. THE FANS DON’T COME ON DURING NORMAL OPERATION. WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON THIS ISSUE? THIS DOESN’T SEEM RIGHT TO ME. ANY THOUGHTS?

ORIGINAL COMPAINT WAS A WATER LEAK FROM BEHIND THE ICE DISPENCER HOLE. NOT FROM WATER DISPENCER TUBE. TURNING OFF WATER SUPPLY CURED LEAK, SO NOT ICE MELTING. THE SLOW DRIP IS COMING DOWN THE BACK SURFACE AREA WHERE YOU PLACE YOUR GLASS.

SEPERATE ISSUE: CUSTOMER WAS USING THE ICE DISPENCER AND MAY HAVE BEEN FILLING THE HOPPER WITH BAGGED ICE (NOT SURE. MAY HAVE BEEN LEFTOVER ICE FROM ICE MAKER). WHILE DISPENCING ICE A CHUNK OF PLASTIC DROPPED INTO HER GLASS. IT APPEARS TO BE SOME SORT OF ARM/LEVER? NOW THE ICE MAKER WILL ONLY DISPENCE CRUSHED ICE. I THINK IT IS PART OF THE ICE CRUSH MOTOR ASSY BUT I COULD NOT SEE WHERE IT CAME FROM. LINKAGE ON THE TUB MOVES THE FLAP IN THE ASSY BUT IT HANGS A LITTLE.

THANKS, GEORGE.
