Door lock won’t unlock? It makes a clicking noise like is trying to unlock but can’t. Does this mean the locks bad? In diagnostic mode can you test the lock?

What have you tried so far?
I change the boot seal made sure the door closed all right. The door lock locks ok. It just won’t open. Is this just a lock problem. Boot seal was put on right to the right model & serial number. The outer spring is set at 6:00 everything works won’t open door lock.
