the customer is saying that the oven will go on by itself from time to time

My Hotpoint dryer is making a loud high pitched squeaking noise.

My Hotpoint oven is not getting hot.

My Hotpoint refrigerator is not getting cold enough. It has frost / Ice build up on the back wall.

My Hotpoint washer barley fills with water.

The top burners light no problem the pilot stay lit however in the oven the pilot will not light I have turn the thermostat on no gas is flowing through the burner

My Hotpoint washer will not agitate or spin.

My customer’s Hotpoint Refrigerator is having some issues. Not producing ice

I see that the belt is broken.
however when I push the start button it will only run as long as I holding it down .
the door switch is good.
but I’d I let go of the the start button it stops running

The washer will still overflow after replacing the pressure switch and hose. We double check to ensure that the hose is cleared as well. It will also only overflow on the rinse cycle. During the fill cycle it will fill to the proper level and then once it is stopped and turned to the rinse cycle it will not drain out first. We have also tried replacing the timer as well with the same issue.

My defrost heater is not testing out properly.

Water slowly leaks into the dishwasher when it is off. So the bottom of the dishwasher has a pool of water if not in use. There was sediment in the water valve, so I replaced the water valve… but the dishwasher is still leaking slowly while off. What could cause this issue?

My fridge is not cooling, Hovers around 45-50 degrees. Originally it had icing problems in the freezer side when it started to go bad but that part was fixed. Freezer does hold at around 0 degrees. There is small amount of cool air coming through vent between freezer and fridge on top.

Older upright freezer runs but doesn’t cool.

Not spining

The code is telling me the the cold side of the water inlet valve is letting it spin.
