What can I do to change that? Or is it not possible? Just doesn’t seem to be the same and I’m not sure if it’s a good thing.

Ice builds up on the rear of the bottom freezer section. It starts in the rear and eventually overflows to the bottom of the freezer section. I unplugged the unit and removed all the ice. About a week after removing the ice its starting to form again on the rear of the bottom freezer section. The ice maker is working and the temperatures appear to be correct in both sections.

It seems that the only part number I see coming up for a p-trap drain kit is “W10619951”. In the video, it says there is a different kit for a fridge with 30″ doors, and ones with 33″-36″ doors. How do I know which part to get? I cannot find any place that clearly states which part number is for which size doors. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

my husband says that he checked the igniter and it ohm’s out as being fine. He says it seems like the “spark isn’t reaching or big enough to ignite the burner.” Does anyone there know what could be happening here?

I am going to ask this question again – I think that maybe I am not sure how to use the site – because I am not sure how to respond to the answer that Matt provided to me. The answer was not helpful because as I indicated I had already turned the power off to the dishwasher and that did not work.
Hi Mat The clean light flashes 4 times, stops for a bit and then flashes 4 times again continuously (the manual identifies this as an error code. I did unplug (power off) the unit and the problem was not corrected. I also sequenced through pushing the High Temp. Scrub and Heated Dry buttons several times as was identified online as a reset, but this did not work either. Is there another way to reset this model?

We have a customer with a Model# KURG24RWBS Serial# EK31901299 that has a defective defrost bimetal that is part of the wiring harness part number W10299078. The fine Whirlpool corporation has no eta on this part as they currently have no vendor we believe the refrigerator may have been made by panasonic. The unit is only a year and a half old and Whirlpool is not willing to help the customer in any way. There are no temperature ratings on the bimetal at all just some markings PW-5M2R 4033 R4 which if I play around on google appears it may have been made by SENASYS. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have a kitchenaid wall oven. Model KEBS107SSS04
Error code says to replace the ( UI ), I assume this means USER INTERFACE.
touch pad and pc display board. Neither are identified as a UI and both are costly.

I have a Kitchen Aid wall oven, electric heat. Model # KEBS107DAL4 – gives fault code:
F3 – E2 ( Oven too hot Replace oven temperature sensor)
This fault code only when self-cleaning. Bake and Broil works fine.
Wouldn’t the sensor fail for baking as well? Thanks in advance for any help.

Question on this range .The complaint is the temperature doesn’t rise above 180 degrees.
Technician came out he found in both bake and broil cycle part is on
the electric element just below the broiler burner . We are not familiar with this type of range. We will really appreciate any input.

I found the control bad but then when I reassembled the unit it began working. She wanted to keep using as is instead of replacing right away but I still need that part number if you have it handy. Thanks.

Where can I find the part numbers for the water lines going from the water inlet valve to dispenser and icemaker ? Both are cracked at the 90 degree elbow at the valve. I have a picture of the end at the water valve but don’t know how to upload on here if its even possible.

I checked all the main/working components, the line, etc. Then got to the disposal and realized the customer’s had installed a new one and forgot to punch out the drain tab for the dishwasher. Please be sure to check these simple things and save yourself a trip. I’m starting to ask this now when they call in with dishwashers not draining. Just a reminder for all you repair technicians that will read this forum.

I have a KitchenAid dishwasher.
This unit when the customer uses a heated wash or dry condensates from the water inlet on the left side of tub. The insulation blanket on the unit has a 12″ circular mold spot and the cabinet has the same size water spot. The flap in the inlet is fine. It is pretty tight in the cabinet. The unit is about 11 months old the home is also new.
The customer saw the water mark on the cabinet under the sink.
Any advice on this one sure would be appreciated.
