I am working on a 4 door kitchenaid refrigerator that has icemaker in the celling in refrigerator side how do you get it out , dose anybody have a service manual to share whit me MOD#KFIS29PBMS02 and SER#K33307442 help is very appreciated

You have a ball of ice on the ice maker head see 3 issues and symptoms listed below.

Condensation and water dripping complaints may be interpreted differently by the customer. Review all issues and symptoms and identify the specific fix(s) before attempting repair. Most likely you will need to Order and install Fascia heater kit part# W10539037.We have a repair video on this issue. Issue #1
Water/Ice on ice box fascia, ice door, in the ice storage door, in ice bin or possibly in door bins.
Connected ice cubes (double size cubes).
No Ice.

Water/Ice on ice box fascia; ice door, on ice storage door; in ice bin or possibly in door bins, see figure 1.
Connected cubes (double size cubes).
No Ice
Under certain ambient conditions or customer usage patterns, condensation/frost may form on the ice maker fascia.
Correction:
Order and install Fascia heater kit part# W10539037.
Note: Follow the detailed installation instructions shipped with the kit.
