When I press bake or broil the clean cycle starts. When I press the time set and press the minutes it goes to 350 bake. Is this the EOC or touch pad? How can I determine which one?
I didn’t see in the tech sheet how to enter the diagnostic mode. Can you explain?

Is there a video to show how to gain access to the fresh food evaporator? I know I need to remove the right french door. Then lift the lower shelf assembly out of place. At that point I believe it is just removing the screws to the cover? I also seem to remember that the customer must let the unit thaw the ice out from behind the cover by leaving it turned off for a couple days since we can’t get to that area to do this ourselves?

Freezer fine but fresh food section coils iced over. Tested defrost sensor seems fine. COULD NOT LOCATE DEFROST HEATER. All the wiring in the nearby Molex runs wires to damper door and evaporator fan which both were working.

Source power good, connections good. What can cause?

I changed ALL the boards that I can and I’m still getting the same issue.

When I arrived the washer was full of water and clothes and they said it would not unlock. I put it in drain and spin and the unit drained and when It finished I pushed the power off button and it stopped and unlocked. Then in the diagnostic test it showed the f1e1 code. Then in the drain it would begin but just about 2 second and would quit and begin beeping and would not unlock. I would unplug it and plug it back in and press the power button and it would unlock. At times I could get it to drain then finally it would not. The diagnostic cycle would not work as it should. It would take 1 or 2 minutes before it would start diagnostics or before it would do a normal cycle fill or drain and spin. What do I do next? I thought it was the pump it self. Should I directly test it with a test cord to see it it will run or what?

Customer called in and complained that they have had the hub assembly replaced pt# W10820039 and it worked about 4 times and was stripped out again. Just asking if anyone else has run into this as the part is not in stock with my local distributors and that is unusual. We have not seen this before.

THE DOOR OPEN INDICATOR IS STAYING ON AND ISN’T FROM THE TOP SWITCH. I DON’T SEE WHERE THE OTHER TWO ARE LOCATED. THIS IS A FOUR DOOR UNIT. THE UNIT CAME TO ME VERY WET AS IT HAD BEEN STORED OUTSIDE. I’M NOT SURE THE ALL THE MOISTURE INSIDE THE UNIT COULD CAUSE THIS ERROR.
