defrosted unit over 2 day time. did service bulletin on defrost drain adding copper wire.

See troubleshooting guides and video’s on your model. Run the unit through diagnostics with the Fast Track diagnostics for error codes. This should pinpoint the exact issue and show stored error codes. Matt Ace technician
