So when I entered the 1411 code it was not accepted. It beeped. The book/sheet seem to say this may be the wrong code. Is there another approach or a way to check the code.
  • Can you send me the part number of the board you replaced please
  • Programming Mode:The Program Code is located on the Serial Plate on this unit after the word Code. 1.Press and hold the Door Alarm Keypad .2. Press and hold Freezer Temperature Down Keypad within 3 seconds . 3.Release the Door Alarm Keypad and wait 3 seconds. 4. The control will display PE to indicate the programming mode. 5. Entry is confirmed by pressing the Freezer Temperature Down Keypad once more.6. The control will display the current Program CODE. This value should be validated with the Program code printed on the unit serial plate.
  • There is no other way to enter the code, I believe the 1411 code you have is NOT correct.

I have pics of the label inside the frig with the code. The sticker on the back does not have a code. Not sure how to upload then to you in case I am missing something
  • You need to find the model number tag that is where the code is listed. It will NOT be on the back of the refrigerator . Look inside the refrigerator on the upper shelves for a sticker on the right or left side. Then look at this link for other locations. https://www.fridgefilters.com/model-number-help.html
