I am working on a Samsung front load with direct drive, the shaft in the back seems to be disconnected from the inner tub (no spin) help

See complete technician diagnostics fast track sheet link below. We have seen a cracked spider in the drum assembly that will case excessive vibration that will cause this issue. Matt Ace technician
