Are you getting water to the ice maker? Is there ice in the ice maker? Manually cycle the ice maker to see what the issue is. Is there a test button on this ice maker you can press?

If it fills with water and the temp in the freezer is correct then you most likely have a bad ice maker.

The water dispenser works. But the ice maker dose not make ice. Can it be a loose wire?

Yes. A broken wire is possible, but not likely. Check for proper power to your ice maker and try to manually run it through a cycle.
