Correct me if I am wrong but I believe it has to do with the motor. Let me see the tub dose not turn on at all. And when I put it into diagnostic mode it goes straight to at 11
  • The f11 error code is a communication error code between the two boards. This can cause your motor to not run because the MCU controls the motor. The tech sheet does state that it could be an issue with the motor or the wire harness after it lists the CCU and MCU.

so i changed the MCU and the CCU and the wire harness and im still getting the F11 i did check the motor for OHEM and i got like 6.1
  • That’s strange. You have replaced everything related to this error code. Make sure nothing is shorted to ground. Check the motor to ground. Make sure you have a proper ground and voltage at the outlet. Make sure you have the back and front panels on so that the ground switches are pressed in. This can cause this error code to occur. The only other thing I can think of is that one of the boards ( the fully one) took out the new board you installed. We have seen this before. You may need to install 2 new boards together. ( the MCU and CCU ) that is my only other suggestions at point.

how do I test for ground? and is there a way I can’t test if power is getting to the motor
  • To test for ground your going to put your lead on one of the motor terminals and the other to the cabinet or a ground screw. Do this for each have of the motor terminals. You should get no resistance. It should read open line. If you get a reading or resistance then you have something shorted out.
  • During operation or a test cycle you can check for voltages to the motor at the motor connections or at the MCU harness for the motor.
