Need information on this dual fuel wolf stove. How to replace the thermistors in the oven? If you have a break down or know how to get into the oven and change the oven sensors?

What have you tried so far?
Tried to change the oven sensors inside the oven, but they will not just pull out. Is there another way to do this job with out taking the whole oven away from the wall.
