The water will not drain out of my dishwasher.

THIS IS A KITCHEN AIDE UNIT. THE FAN HAS 3 WIRES CONNECTED TO THE UNIT. WHEN I CHECK VOLTAGE AT THE MOLEX CONNECTOR, AT THE FAN, I GET AROUND 12 VDC BETWEEN THE RED AND THE TAN/RED, BUT THIS VALUE DOES VARY AT TIMES. I CAN’T GET ANY READING AT THE BOARD BETWEEN P14 4,7 OR ANY OTHER COMBINATION. THE EVAPORATOR FAN, IN THE FREEZER, IS WORKING BUT I DON’T SEE ANY VOLTAGE BETWEEN P14 2,7. THIS LEADS ME TO BELIEVE I’M NOT ON THE CORRECT TEST POINTS. I SWAPPED OUT THE REFRIGERATOR EVAPORATOR FAN BUT STILL NOTHING. WITH THE HARNESS PLUGGED INTO P14, I TRIED TO GET A READING ON THE BACK SIDE, OF THE CONNECTOR, BUT STILL DON’T SEE ANYTHING. I ALSO TRIED TESTING BETWEEN P14 1,2 AS WELL AS 3,4 AND I DON’T SEE ANYTHING. I’VE ALSO CHANGED THE COIL ASSEMBLY AROUND THE 3 WAY VALVE WITH NO CHANGE. ANY ADVICE/GUIDANCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. TX

I have a kitchen aid stove. I tried to remove the oven door without placing the pins needed. It came off but the hinge came with it. how do I fix it?

Hi my kitchenaid microwave went completely dead on me after the door mechanism got stuck. I was able to release it no problem and the door opens and closes perfectly but the unit is dead as can be. Checked the breaker and it’s A-Ok.

Kitchen aide Bottom freezer. French doors. The refrigerator is cooling properly, but the freezer is not getting colder than 70 degrees. This is a dual evaporator model. We tried running diagnostics but could only get to step 4. Do you have more information on how to test this model. We are suspecting that the freezer evaporator switching valve may have an issue Is there a test to check this?

I need a tech sheet/diagram for this. Unit has no display, only thing working is top burners.

My Kitchen aid dishwasher fills with water then stops.

The display will change almost by the minute.
It can be programmed and used but after several hours it will lock up and has to be unplugged and rebooted then repeat the process.
One time the microwave came on on its own
Sometimes it will go into the service mode by itself. But the in a few minutes will go away.

At times it will go completely blank.
Can this be the harness in the door.

I need a tech sheet and service manual and service bulletins.
I see this is an issue with this model.

Where can I find the part numbers for the water lines going from the water inlet valve to dispenser and icemaker ? Both are cracked at the 90 degree elbow at the valve. I have a picture of the end at the water valve but don’t know how to upload on here if its even possible.

I’m having a tough time putting this ice maker in harvest to test operations, and also the ohm reading on the manufacturers literature doesn’t seem realistic for the ice maker motor, so I’m left scratching my head as to whether I really have a bad ice maker or if I’m not actually troubleshooting it right. Please help! I’m a 13 year experienced A/C tech, but appliances are fairly new to me. Thank you.

My Kitchenaid dishwasher is not draining properly

My Kitchenaid dishwasher is leaking water from the front.

I replaced the control board on this oven a few days ago. Customer called back and says the oven is remaining on and maintaining 170 degrees. History of repair is this. Same symptoms of the oven heating on it’s own prior to me installing a control board from Corecentric. The touch panel before repair had an odd display or chaotic lights and the panel was unresponsive. I sent the touch panel and control to fixyourboard for a rebuild and they said the control board part was non-repairable. Corecentric had a rebuilt in stock. The oven and Microwave seem to work fine and all buttons on the touch panel were responsive and display was normal after install. I’m going to go back and see if I can trace where the heating element is getting power from but any ideas from techs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance . Problem with a Kitchen aid Microwave

Hello I have a question on a Kitchenaid Refrigerator. I’m noticing these issues: Not making ice

The fresh food evaporator keeps frosting up. I have changed the control board and the evaporator thermistor and still keeps frosting up. I have run it through diagnostics and everything seems to be working fine. Any suggestions. I also would like to know what the resistance readings are on those thermistors.

Kitchenaid sxs – Looking for details or the service manual for this. I only see one output for drainage at the back of the unit. Are the drains of the refrigerator and freezer tied together. It appears to be an obstruction not ice that is keeping water from draining from the refrigerator side. Dual evaporator system. thanks, Dan

The normal light flashing, and only the normal and cancel fonction ,i Check the element ok, the drain pump ok, door lock switch is ok , fuse ok . What is the problem.
