They have checked the breakers and gfci circuit in the kitchen. They looked for a plug and it is hardwired…I will ck first for power from the breaker to the unit. What are the next 3 or 4 things to check and in what order?

Hello
I have provided the technician diagnostic sheet, go throgh the diagnostics and it will pinpoint your issue. Matt Ace technician
- Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
- Access wash impeller and verify rotation:
■ Rotation should require only moderate force.
■ If rotation is difficult or not possible, replace
pump and motor assembly - Check resistance of all connections in power
up circuit to control. Check connections
between keypad(s) and control
