I have changed the eoc and still get f30 the wires from the sensor all check good. The resettable thermal fuse was not tripped. The sensor is good ohms out the same as a new one. The last thing is the user interface . Is it a thing with this style of oven for both to go bad.

What have you tried so far?

Changed eoc twice thought the first was bad . New made no change.

F30 F31 Open probe connection. Shorted Probe connection. The next step would be to change the sensor probe and hard wire it in. I have seen many times where the connector is compromised and although the sensor probe tests good at approx. 1100 ohms (at room temperature) the connection is bad. It may not look bad to the eye but i recommend cutting the connector out and hard wiring a clean and properly stripped connection with porcelain wire nuts.Be sure they are porcelain or they will melt. Since the existing sensor has same reading as new one it is most likely good, but if you already purchased the part it would be up to you to maybe try hard wiring existing probe first. If the existing probe reads at approx. 1100 ohms at room temp it should be OK but if you cant return the new one I would replace it. It is possible that you may have a user interface issue but I would have to hard wire the sensor probe first to eliminate that possibility. Also just to be sure ,in case you have not already done so be sure to check the resettable fuse for continuity even though the red button may not have been tripped.
