Is this the damper or the thermister ? I ‘d like some technical advice on this unit.

Hi. The damper assembly is very common on this unit to cause this issue. The damper door breaks off causing freezing in the FF section. It is P# WR49X10091. I also have attached the service manual for a unit very similar. I could not find the exact one for your model. I attached videos for this repair as well.
