Customer calls and states this fridge freezer side is cool but fridge side is warm.
I told customer to stick a screwdriver so as to open the damper so air would flow to the fridge side. I worked for a few days and now calls and situation ,no air flowing, so he takes a hair dryer and defroasts the freezer a little and air starts to flow again so i am thinking the damper contol is bad and on this unit you can just replace the damper instead of the whole inchilada. Give me some input on this pls thanks

Hello, I have attached a controls diagram diagram for this fridge. All parts can be purchased individually. The dampener could be the issue, you should also look to see if there is frost build up in the freezer. It is possible the defrost control has gone bad or the defrost thermostat or the heater.
