A thunderstorm passed through and home power was knocked out for ~3hrs. Everything came back on but not the refrigerator. No power on the refrigerator panel, nor are the interior lights coming on. Confirmed 120V is at fridge outlet, and have plugged/unplugged several times. No electricity spike evidence on main control board, i.e., burn marks on capacitors. Before I simply purchase another control board and install, is there anything else I should check or test? I am comfortable diagnosing a repairing myself with instruction guidance. I don’t know where to check for 120V at the control board, i.e., which wires to check with meter.
Noted above.

Hello
If you have 120 volts to the outlet with a proper ground and polarity. Then you need to verify you have 120volts at the control board. If you do, you need to start by replaceing the control board.
