I purchased a Fisher & Paykel fridge some years ago and now the handle on the fridge has broken off. The top of the handle is a hook that goes into the door and the bottom looks like it had a lug into the door that has sheared.

There is a pin in the door that holds the handle, if that is ripped out, there is no actual fix other than replacing the whole door assembly.
