Per the customer he already replaced the icemaker and saddle valve himself but is still having issues. What else should I have on hand to get this fixed and working again for him? We don’t do many icemaker repairs and I’m trying to do him a favor by helping him out.

Could be as simple as he ice maker thermal fuse needing replaced. Then can cycle the unit and check for proper operation. Hope this helps you!
