the unit will work sometimes .
put if I out it into spin I get the LO error and the unit will not run

LO error on a GE washer means lid open. We had the same problem and there is a wiring harness right at the door and I guess over time closing the door or the vibration from the spin cycle worked it loose. It would click and click like it was trying to lock but then the cycle would not start and it would just humm like it was trying to start the water. Make sure before you start to unplug the washer. The harness plug is on the side of the drum right at the door

it works on all the cycles except for spin

LO error code means the LID OPEN Here is what the technicians service manual say to check. LO Door failed to unlock Door lock monitor switch does not indicate to the machine control board that the solenoid in the door lock mechanism retracted and unlock the door. 1.Check for debris inside inside the door lock mechanism, which may be jamming the lock solenoid. 2.check wire connections in harness leading from machine control board to door lock mechanism.
3.Check the door lock monitor switch for welded contacts.
4.Replace responsible component.I would start by replacing the lid switch

The exact model number you gave does not come up anywhere. I have attached a breakdown of the top of the closest model number to the one you provided. Note number 22 in the breakdown. They are calling the lid switch a read switch. Also note numbers 2 and 10, they are screws that are hidden under cosmetic caps. Look for these to remove top and get to read switch. This is all of the information i could find for you on this, good luck.
