Evap in fresh food section solid ice, looks like no defrost. My question is what will usually fail on this model for defrost?

Hello
If its solid ice build up on the floor area it would be A plugged drain issue. If the evaporator has sold frost on it you have A defrost issue. See the service diagnostic guide link below for your model. Matt Ace technician
