Kenmore Elite- I replaced the bad dual water valve. The ice maker does not continue to make ice. I heard there is a problem with the heater around the fill tube that must be replaced involving removing the door. I can’t find the part listed and I can’t find a video showing this repair. Help!

Defrosting the door. It works for a while. I replaced the dual water valve which was defective.
