GOOD MORNING. I WAS TOLD THAT THE OVEN WAS SET TO 400 AND REACHED TEMP, BUT THEN WILL DROP TO 350. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT, AS I HAVE NEVER WORKED ON A CONVECTION OVEN, AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THIS OVEN FROM THE WALL. THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

See complete diagnostics on you model below. Oven Sensor and Sensor Circuits on page #23 / 24 . You may have a defective oven sensor , see the testing instructions on page #24. Matt Ace technician
