we replaced the control board to no avail
need some assitance please we belieive it could be heating system , also
how do you get this dishwasher into test mode

Which board did you replace? The one in the console or the one down at the bottom right side of the machine?
If you replaced the lower right side one than I would try to run diagnostic cycle, its called a customer service test program in the manual.

E:02 is a working relay error, The Bosh manual says on this model is a relay failure on the power board. Replace power module. That would be the one located in the lower part of the dishwasher.
