How do I get the get the machine to go into Service diagnostics execution so that its runs all the test listed on the service Diagnostics chart?
I can get into service diagnostics mode and service test mode.
The washer doesnt seem to be filling with the proper amount of water for the load size.

What have you tried so far?
Entered service Diagnostics mode and had an error code of FOE5 which is Off Balance Load.
Also did service test mode.
