Hello
The pump you need to install ( Drain Pump WD35X20875 ) Comes with a harness and sensor. There is no way to do this job without removing the unit. We have done several of these and I consulted with three technicians and came up with the same conclusion of needing to remove the unit. When we run into a situation like yours with a floor built up, we have the customer call a contractor to uninstall the unit for service. This minimizes liability for you. Sorry we could not have been more help. I ma surprised we do not have this pump on our site with the over 4,500 videos we have now. i am sure with the 40-50 new videos per month it will be their soon. Thanks Matt Ace technician

Hi Matt, thank you, I did follow through but no video available….we just signed up with your site and learning to navigate. Is there another option? Is there a way to diagnosis leak in pump area without removing…space allowance between floor and tank does not allow visual inspection before taking apart
